To break away from conventional real estate branding of the era by creating a bold, design-centric identity for a premium residential development that redefines modern living.

THE STRATEGY & VISUAL SOLUTION
A vibrant, high-end design system built around the property's signature palette. The custom logotype features a fluid typographic loop where the letter "Y" seamlessly transitions into a double "U" concept.
For the premium brand book, the experience begins with an avant-garde die-cut cover that physically reveals the layers beneath. Inside, the layouts challenge traditional grids, blending action photography with bold, overlapping editorial typography. Words like Harmony, Style, and Happiness cease to be just copy—they become structural graphic elements that drive the entire visual narrative.
